Since the beginning of its activity, the DGT develops and supplies modern teleinformatic solutions for the Armed Forces, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration. Stationary and dedicated communication systems for the army comply with the military standards and meet requirements to inter-operate with the NATO communication systems (standards: EUROCOM, STANAG, e.g. STANAG 5040, STANAG 4206, techniques of type TDM, ATM).

The digital switchboards DGT 3450, designed to work in the operational-tactical and mobile communication and informatic systems, received recommendations of NATO experts who certified their compatibility with the communication systems of NATO forces. The DGT appliances were used during the operations which were parts of peace missions in the Balkans, Iraq, Pakistan and Congo.
